My Story

Hello and welcome to my store page.

I just want to tell you a little about my story and how I got here. I grew up as the youngest of five and mother who seemed to always bake and decorate our birthday cakes. I apparently picked this up as I have always enjoyed baking as well as cooking. I have always continued to try new things and to perfect what I enjoyed. I can remember in my late teens finding a little bakery in Long Beach which I found to be a favorite cheesecake of mine. I eventually moved from Long Beach and never found a cheesecake as good as that bakery. I decided to find and alter recipes until I felt I had created the perfect recipe. I have always enjoyed sharing my cheesecakes with friends, family, and at work parties. I have continued receiving exceptional feedback for my creations.

A single Father of 2 boys, I had never imagined trying to sell my cheesecakes but with the route my life has taken me, I was given the idea and encouragement to start a new adventure and continue to share with everyone that taste of a really good cheesecake as I once did.
